myTime customers will receive on arrival in their room:

• A welcome letter from the resorts GM detailing their myTime inclusions and entitlements during their stay

• myTime customers are guaranteed access to their room by 3PM in the Royal Jr. Suite and Royal Jr. Suite Oceanview categories and 2PM all other categories: if the resort is unable to grant access by these times a $50 resort credit per room will be allocated to your room
• myTime customers can request late checkout subject to availability on the day of departure

• myTime customers staying 5-nights or longer receive a $150 Romance Resort Credit (one per Suite), to be used when booking through the resorts Romance Concierge a Beach Romantic Dinner, Lobster and Jazz Dinner (only available at THE ROYAL Cancun) or at the Spa for a couples beach massage: The credit has a onetime usage per stay.
• myTime customers staying 6-nights or longer will receive a $100 Couples Resort Credit to be used at the resort to buy suite upgrades, for Premium Wines and Dinners or for treatments at Spazul at the resort.
