myTime Guests will receive on arrival in their room

• A welcome letter from the resorts GM detailing their myTime inclusions and entitlements during their stay plus welcome gift and amenity courtesy of the resort
• myTime customers are guaranteed access to their room by the resorts check in time of 4 PM: if the resort is unable to grant access by this time a $50 resort credit per room will be allocated
