There are three main room categories at any Sandals Resort and unfortunately, those are broken down in to a milllion different room types.  That's where giving us a call will help you, but until then, chew on these major room categories and some information about them.

Deluxe - a deluxe room is the entry level category and will be the cheapest that the resort has.  Before you say, "I don't care where my room is!  I won't be in it!", consider that once you get there, you will.   The deluxe rooms are there because you've got to fill up a building with rooms and some of those rooms need to look at the parking lot.  Not all deluxe rooms will have a view of the parking lot, some may have a view of the pool and ocean, but if you're like us, you'll remember you're on vacation and give yourself a treat.

Concierge - a concierge category room is going to be larger, as it includes a sitting area, and will have a better view.  The two major highlights of these room categories are 1) the 24-hour concierge service and 2) the removal of the need to go down to the bar closest to your room for a drink . . you have a bar.  A nicely stocked bar and a bar that is refreshed daily.  You'll have a bottle of champagne, a bottle of wine, several different types of mixes, beer, juices, soda and water.  This situation is better for those of you who like to sit on your balcony and watch the sunset with drink in hand.

Butler - a butler category room is the top category in any Sandals/Beaches resort and yes, there's actually a butler.  Your butler has been trained by the prestigious English Guild of Butlers and is available to you 24-hours a day.  Having a butler takes the thought out of your vacation and makes a special occasion even more so.
